By accessing or using HAPPYMILEZ, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable policies.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you and HAPPYMILEZ. By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of the HAPPYMILEZ platform, including our website, mobile applications, events, training programs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use the Services.
If you access or use the Services on behalf of a company, organization, sports club, event organizer, or any other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity and its affiliates to these Terms. In such cases, the terms “you” and “your” refer to both you and the entity you represent. If you do not have the necessary authority, you must not access or use the Services on behalf of that entity.
2. Fees and Payment
Subscription
Certain features and services offered by HAPPYMILEZ are available free of charge, while others may require a paid subscription or membership. These Terms apply to all users, regardless of whether you use the free features or subscribe to premium Services. HAPPYMILEZ reserves the right to introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue any free or premium feature at any time without prior notice.
Payment
To purchase any paid Services, event registrations, memberships, or premium features offered by HAPPYMILEZ, you must provide a valid payment method, such as a credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, digital wallet, or any other payment option supported by HAPPYMILEZ (collectively, the “Payment Method”). By submitting your payment details, you authorize HAPPYMILEZ to securely process and collect the applicable fees using your selected Payment Method. Your payment information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
